We are committed to protecting your privacy, especially given the sensitive nature of the health information you may choose to track with Sou.

Automatically collected information does not include the contents of your health entries and cannot be used to identify you personally.

Data Sharing and Disclosure

Health Data

Information related to menstrual cycles, symptoms, fertility, pregnancy, and reproductive health is sensitive personal information. We treat it with the highest level of care:

• Your health data is used solely to provide the App's features to you.

• If the App integrates with Apple HealthKit, any data obtained through HealthKit will be used only to provide health and fitness features, will never be used for advertising or marketing, and will never be shared with third parties without your explicit consent, in accordance with Apple's guidelines.

Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your information only for as long as necessary to provide the App and fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.

You can delete your data at any time:

• In-app deletion: You can delete individual entries or all of your data directly within the App's settings.

• Account deletion: If you have created an account, you can delete your account and all associated data from within the App. Upon account deletion, your personal data will be permanently removed from our servers within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

• Uninstalling the App: Deleting the App from your device removes locally stored data.
