These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Sou mobile application ("Sou," "App," "we," "our," or "us"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Sou is a menstrual cycle and reproductive health tracking application designed to help users record, monitor, and better understand information related to their menstrual cycles and overall wellness. We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time without prior notice.

3. Medical Disclaimer

Sou is provided for informational and wellness purposes only. The App does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or healthcare services. Any cycle predictions, fertility estimates, symptom insights, reminders, or other information generated by the App are based on the information provided by users and should not be considered medically accurate, guaranteed, or a substitute for professional medical advice. You should always consult a qualified healthcare professional regarding any health-related concerns.

4. Eligibility

By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years old or have reached the minimum age required under the laws of your jurisdiction. If you do not meet this requirement, you may not use the App.

5. User Data and Content

You retain ownership of the information and content that you submit to the App. By providing such information, you grant Sou the right to process, store, and use it solely for the purpose of operating, maintaining, and improving the App. You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is accurate and lawful.

6. Privacy

Your use of the App is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information. By using the App, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.

7. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features of the App may require a paid subscription or in-app purchase. Any applicable fees, billing terms, and subscription details will be presented within the App. Subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled before the applicable renewal date. Payments, renewals, and refunds are processed by the relevant app store provider and are subject to its policies and procedures.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sou disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, availability, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the App will operate without interruption, errors, or security vulnerabilities.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sou shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the App. Any liability that cannot be excluded by law shall be limited to the amount paid by you for the App or related services during the twelve months preceding the claim.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App at any time if we reasonably believe that a user has violated these Terms or if such action is necessary to protect the App, its users, or our business interests. You may discontinue use of the App at any time.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will become effective upon publication within the App or on an associated website. Continued use of the App following such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which Sou operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
